Although born and bred in the Naki, I am a proud third-generation ‘Eastbournian’. Therefore, when returning to Wellington over 5 years ago, my wife, children made the easy decision to choose Eastbourne as our place to settle. We have enjoyed being part of a lovely, village community.

Having spent most of my career as a business owner of a successful Homecare Support Agency, I am drawn to work that is about building trusted, long-term relationships and genuinely aim to get to the heart of what people need. You just can’t do that with 'fly-by' encounters nor transactional relationships. I am incredibly service-oriented and I apply my honesty and integrity to every interaction, every decision-making process and to every relationship.

I’m a pretty humble sort of bloke so I had to ask my wife, Marni, as to the strengths, skills and experience I bring to real estate. Her answer? She said I am authentic, genuine, relatable and all about the people; dedicated to deeply understanding and meeting the needs of my clients. She also suggested I ought to learn to pick up wet towels off the bedroom floor but that’s another story.

I have a real appreciation for architecture and property and deeply value what the importance of having a home to call your own means to every Kiwi.
